If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the number of items ordered, and in addition, your order may be delivered in separate shipments.

Additional taxes and charges

Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value-added tax, customs duties, and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.

At eslipa, we value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. Normally you will receive your order in 7-25 business days from the date that it is placed.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

• A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.
• Once the payment verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.

PROCESSING

• It normally takes 3-7 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
• It takes longer for us to process pre-ordered items, please refer to our preorder page for more detailed information.

SHIPPING

All Items ship from Sri Lanka. Shipment takes approximately 9 to 40 business days to reach destination countries.

SHIPPING DELAYS

• Usually, it takes about 7-30 days in some countries, We do offer compensation if the shipping beyond the timeframe as stated on shipping policy
• We offer free shipping for all items to ship items to your destination.
